      The cottage has 3 bedrooms:             sign

       Bedroom one -1 double bed, (and cot if needed)       

      Bedroom two - two twin beds                   

       Bedroom three - small double bed and single bed       

       The cottage will thus sleep 6 (plus cot)

The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Electric oven and Hob as well as Dish-washer, Washing machine and Tumble-drier. There is a fridge/freezer and plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle and all that you would expect in a modern kitchen.  An iron, ironing board and hoover are also included.

Free parking (unusual for Blakeney) is at the rear of the cottage where there is a picnic table for eating in the large south-west facing courtyard.  A comprehensive collection of leaflets is kept in the cottage, as well as our many suggestions for fun places to eat / shop / swim / sail / play golf / visit churches /walk / bird-watch and sample the local brew.
The sitting room is equipped with a colour television, video, DVD, CD/Hi-fi. 
 There is a grand-piano and a wealth of books, videos, toys and games. The dining room has seating for six as well as a high-chair.

 We now have a free Wireless Broadband connection so you can keep in touch with all your work colleagues - Sorry !!  In addition, there are free calls on our BT landline to other landline numbers. Duvets blankets and pillows are provided, (but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea cloths and other personal linen). You will need a supply of £1 coins for the electricity meter. Central heating is oil-fired and included in the rental cost. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.Smoking is not permitted in the house. A baby-sitter is available on request.
